The floor drain cover is broken and sunken in. This happened again. Sorry- We think it was the cart with the muffin pans, which gets pretty heavy. We will let everyone know not to do this.
It seems like it could collapse in if it were to be stepped on the right way, which could be a
safety risk. I put a floor sign over it, plus red tagged it.

Egg room tile's molded big time, smelling, missing, very loose |
There was a ton of water and loose tiles underneath the pot and pan rack where the water runs to in the egg room, which in fact has a bunch of tiles that were ruined, and mold underneath the tiles as well...and smelled really bad |

I cleaned the mold around and the yellow caulking stuff near the top of the freezer door area, is missing some in an area, it had a ton of mold there, and if that whole line of caulking could get recalled be great. And the seal for the freezer is off in multiple places causing leaks and molding on the floor |

Please seal around the legs of this newer mixer, that is stationary in bread. by the other mixers. It has a gap underneath the legs and water etc is getting under there. |

Add hook for water hose in the bread mix area so that hose can be hung up fully off the ground (to keep it clean and to help to clean the floors). I marked location on the wall with tape that should work, but feel free to adjust to ensure the hose would be fully off the ground. |

Tiles needing replacing are by the basket rack area by the ceramic tile. Need some type of sealant between the two different tiles all the way down there on that side. |
