The knife rack near oven 4 fell twice today, last time someone got cut by falling knives. The one screw is missing an anchor and the screws are sticking out too far, making the rack unstable and likely to fall again. The rack is now in the production office on the pastry desk. Thanks! |

It seems like it could collapse in if it were to be stepped on the right way, which could be a
safety risk. I put a floor sign over it, plus red tagged it.

The poles being used as blockers so mills don't get hit. One has gaps on the bottom area, if you can fill that in, so water and fruit flies leave that area be great. the other one is really lose by the bigger mill. thank you |

Egg room tile's molded big time, smelling, missing, very loose |
There was a ton of water and loose tiles underneath the pot and pan rack where the water runs to in the egg room, which in fact has a bunch of tiles that were ruined, and mold underneath the tiles as well...and smelled really bad |

I cleaned the mold around and the yellow caulking stuff near the top of the freezer door area, is missing some in an area, it had a ton of mold there, and if that whole line of caulking could get recalled be great. And the seal for the freezer is off in multiple places causing leaks and molding on the floor |

Add hook for water hose in the bread mix area so that hose can be hung up fully off the ground (to keep it clean and to help to clean the floors). I marked location on the wall with tape that should work, but feel free to adjust to ensure the hose would be fully off the ground. |
