Describe the problem:
This has been that ongoing problem that got better then got worse again, and we been using the VIPER but now we using the Blue one again. if it can get looked at. We have to turn it off and on to get it to go. It will just stop.
Notes:
4 times trying to get it from our room to bread, and then in bread especially on right turns too.
