Fire Extinguisher for Truck #1 was accidentally discharged and needs recharging. Currently on my desk.
Can you also ask Cintas if they could replace the pin with a longer style? The fact that it's short and pulls out easily is part of the reason it was accidentally "used". Or if they have recommended mounting hardware to keep in a truck?? |

the funnel housing piece is missing one of the four screws that are attached to the piece (we don't have any extra of these pieces and usually they don't come out at all).
Machine can't be used without them because the part that screws into them can't attach to anything, and pastry cream would squeeze out. |

my records indicate that this is a very busy time and the freezer is having a hard time keeping up, despite operating normally. as always, around this time there is much more traffic in and out of the freezer, more product going in to cool, more condensation, less cooling ability. I will monitor but it is operating nominally. |

We can increase the frequency of cleaning on this wall, but it gets constantly scuffed and it would be more food safe to have a smoother surface. Picture attached of ideal surface area.
