The 9-door oven is not getting up to temperature, today it went as high as 420f and was set for 450f. Over the past week it would take its time getting up to temp but ultimately would but is still taking way too long to reach it. Over the last three days it hasn’t reached the set temperature at all. It is very problematic to bake bread in a cooler oven given how it affects generating steam. And also to have to wait until 2pm instead of 11:30 AM ish to begin the afternoon bakes. |

The man door for freezer truck 2 won’t latch closed, even when the door itself is fully closed it can’t seem to go far enough in to latch shut, and air pressure pushes it back open. Despite leaking cold air it still seems to be holding temperature fine, for the moment I stuck a bolt in the lock latch to keep it mostly closed. |
