Hi, the Right Door to the Cake case had fell off the tracks. Both doors do not close properly which causes air to get through the cooler. This also causes the temperature to change and also it has damaged our product. The door has fell inside of the cooler. Doors are very hard to open and hard to close. |

Brownie cutter is making the first cut in both directions very late, causing the first brownie to be extra long in that dimension and the last to be extra short. Brownies in the middle seem to be cut about normal. |

The hot water was out again tonight. The display code on the water heater was reading 64 again, which is some malfunction with the electronics box. I did what Jaison had me do the other night by unplugging / replugging in the box, which reset this and fixed the issue. Seems like an ongoing issue and something needs to be repaired / replaced. Thanks! |
