blow torches in Pastry & Cake
Describe the problem:
The Pastry blow torch came apart during use. It is currently in Maintenance office as I didn't feel comfortable messing with it.
The Cake blow torch was working intermittently. It is back in the Cake studio.
Notes:
A new one will be here tomorrow. I don't see it being repairable but Ben can confirm once he gets a look at it.
