Can we add a plate to the wall in Bake! where the Bread peel sits? We can increase the frequency of cleaning on this wall, but it gets constantly scuffed and it would be more food safe to have a smoother surface. Picture attached of ideal surface area. Please reach out to coordinate cleaning before hanging plate.
