The 3rd deck on the left hand side of the 12door oven(if the bottom is 1) has issues with getting water to the steam tube in a timely manor, taking aprox 20 seconds or so to reach there, and once there the flow is very weak. |

I drew a black line on the handle of the broom we use to sweep out the MIWE oven. Since the MIWE oven isn't as deep as the other ovens, it would work better if the broom handle was trimmed at the line that I drew. This broom is usually propped against the MIWE oven. Thanks! |

Baguette transfer board |
One of our baguette transfer boards is longer than the others, and would be easier to use if it were a bit shorter. I can't guarantee that it will be where it is supposed to be. It's currently hanging on a hook on the side of the metal storage rack beside the 12-door oven. I drew a line on the board where it should be cut. Thank you so much! |

I labeled a rack oven baking rack with masking tape. It is very, very difficult to maneuver when it has trays loaded on it. Something must be wrong with the wheels. Maybe they need lubrication? Or some king of repair? |
