Describe the problem:
The 3rd deck on the left hand side of the 12door oven(if the bottom is 1) has issues with getting water to the steam tube in a timely manor, taking aprox 20 seconds or so to reach there, and once there the flow is very weak.
Notes:
Could not verify; Spoke with Shawn, he said 'might've been a one time issue. I've been watching it closely today (1/12/20) and haven't had any issues.'
