Describe the problem:
the baseboard has been halfway off by the black thing for long time, can we get this replaced and along the whole wall there? Maybe a different type of baseboard cause this is a constant wet area
Notes:
I have replaced the baseboard 3 times. It is rubber which is best for high water areas. I have replaced tile a couple times also. Until we can quit dumping debris down the sink there is not much I can do. The black thing is a sump pump. The debris catches the float, therefore it runs over. As always I am open for suggestions.
