Please order new nylon pads for bowl lifter

Spoke with Alise. Bowl lifter was hanging up in middle. Searched bowl lifter manual and found regular maintenance item that was not being done. Degrease and regrease bowl lifter pole and chain (monthly). Added item into our maintenance schedule, and after first time completing item, issue seems to be resolved. Bowl lifter no longer hangs up. Bowl lifter pads cannot be bought separately. Entire cross member must be bought. With issue resolved, we do not wish to pursue replacing parts at this time.
