Kettle drain is clogged/center is to high food settles in the pan area

Describe the problem: 
the drain is clogged, i really wonder if the pipe/drain can handle the amount of water/fluid/food etc that is going down that drain. Please take a look at it.
Notes: 
It can handle the water it just cannot handle the debris they send down the drain. I have given them strainers to use but they don't use them.
