In any case, while cleaning it, the central metal column attached to the base became dislodged. I don't believe the machine is usable as is. 2021-01-05 Other Bagel area needs a much longer, normal hose We need the hose in the bagel area to be at least 6-8 feet longer. We can't properly clean the bagel trough with the current one. We need 2 shelves removed and others moved so that we have 2 open spaces at the bottom to put the pans.
