Describe the problem:
They're are two scales that keep appearing in packaging that are broken, one is savorys. I put both in barn door office. One has its battery holder busted and the other is not reading the correct weights according to the note.
Notes:
Inspected; found savory scale with broken battery door still had 1 semi-functional latch. Forced latch closed with wood shim, and taped remaining part of cover.
Found inaccurate scale had sensor bar out of alignment. realigned sensor bar, and tightened fasteners.
