Describe the problem:
the drinking fountain in pastry is shooting behind the proofer not onto the top of the fountain
Notes:
Inspected; found orifice restricted by scobie mold/bacteria causing stream to shoot too far. Removed blockage. Post checked: good.
P.S. could we get cleaning to periodically clean these drinking fountains?
