Describe the problem:
The casing of the mix area external door has come loose. This is a safety issue. If our doors are not secure, then our selves or products may be compromised.
Notes:
Inspected; found hardware pulling out of door and catching on secondary door. Also found latch not completely extending causing door to not fully secure when closed. Cleaned latch hardware, and replaced door edge hardware.
