Nilfisk shop vac |
The Nilfisk vac, inside the cage by the 9-door oven needs filter maintenance. One of the filter indicator lights is red. Also, the handle that shakes one of the filters in the head is disconnected. When I pull on it, there is no resistance. Please clean filters and empty debris in the bucket. Thank you! |

Long oven broom |
The long oven broom, propped up against the MIWE oven, is loose where the head meets the handle. It might be okay for a while, or it might break soon. Just the metal brackets are holding it together. Please reinforce if possible. Thanks! |

Peel hanging hardware |
The hardware to hang our colored (allergen) peels has fallen off. The Challah (yellow) peel also needs the yellow tape, as we had to replace the handle. This peel is behind the MIWE oven plexiglass. The green, blue, and red peels are currently on the back, right side of the MIWE oven, near the 9-door. Please attach new hanging hardware to the peels, and put yellow tape on the challah peel.
