Racks keep on jamming up alot lately. The only reason why is the racks come out on a slant. So I want the curved ramp to be level with the machine. So the racks don't slant as much when they out the machine. Hopefully that fixes the problem. |

Looks like one rack got missed in the great cooling rack trim down. I red tagged it and it's in the Bread Bakery.

The 9-Door oven middle deck right side steam function is staying on causing some leaking and bread loss in the bottom deck. While loading the center deck with paesano which is a very low steam bread we gave it a 2 second steam blast and noticed 3-4 minutes later that steam was billowing out of the center deck doors. I turned off the water at that point and noticed the dripping on the bottom deck from the center, and also noticed that water was not draining from the drain on the right hand side hose into the bucket. |
