There is one side of a bracket to the heat tunnel that is not connected. The two far ends of both top bars going to the back of the LVO, are disconnected on the ends. the rest of it is still connected, but it still worries me. |

Oven broom handle needs new tape to replace excessively frayed red tape. We have been cited on this before.
Please use smooth electrical tape to avoid excess fraying.
Bread leaders- keep an eye on this and replace tape anytime it starts to fray excessively. Train Oven staff to notice and tell you, too! |
