The bread slicer in the Delivery room needs the guard to be initially cleaned to be ready for Sesame allergen cleaning. There is no access to this piece except for when it's taken apart for the blades to be changed. When will this happen next? And thereafter? Monthly?
The Delivery team will keep it clean with a daily cleaning with a small brush (but this method won't work with the current layer of debris initially) |
