The hose that was replaced, is to long, there is no suction coming from the hose, please replace with correct hose, and also make sure it can suck up the water before closing work order.

The employee entrance door to the locker room sporadically stays open a bit unless pulled/pushed closed. Can you see if the door closer needs tightening? or maybe it's something with the hinges??? It doesn't seem like there's an obvious obstruction otherwise. |
