The stamping plate is not pressing down level making it necessary to press down 2 or 3 times to make a shell. This is the machine that has the red allen wrench tool in the top of it. I will try the other machine tomorrow to see if it is working properly. Thanks |

12-door oven trough drain tubes need to be cleaned out if this can be done. With the amount we need to steam to get an effective result the trough can overflow at times on to the stone which can affect the bread.
The buckets that the drain tubes empty into were emptied today.
The 9door oven hasn't had a problem with this to date that I'm aware of but they may also need to be cleaned. |
