Went in the dish room to clean it, and the nozzle came right off as soon as I turned the water on. We fixed this twice last week, and its off again this week, isn't there a better attachment then what we have? |

The concrete wall in the egg room, next to the emergency exit, seems to be seeping water through it. Could there possibly be a leak? We had some boxes that are stored over there that were very wet, that is how it was noticed. |

We had some flooding by oven number four at the beginning of the shift. It looked like the water was coming from the dish room, so we checked the pipes to make sure none were broken. Nothing looked broken and the dish team squeeged. We didn't have anymore issues the rest of the night, but wanted to write a work order to have things double checked with the issues we were having before with the pipes getting broken. |

You can get it to work and come on when you are using the brush but then can not shut off the sucking up, and then if you shut off the brush it won't suck up. |

I do not think the right one was fixed or right part. Its the grabby metal part from the pole to the long bar part that is not staying well. The grabby part keeps coming off repeatedly when trying to use it. |

There is a spot by the sink, close to the Hobart, where water seems to be leaking from the white pipe near the floor. It is causing a lot of water to leak all over the floor, making it hard to contain and clean up. This poses a risk of someone slipping. I'm including a pic where the leak is coming from. |
