Describe the problem:
12-door oven trough drain tubes need to be cleaned out if this can be done. With the amount we need to steam to get an effective result the trough can overflow at times on to the stone which can affect the bread.
The buckets that the drain tubes empty into were emptied today.
The 9door oven hasn't had a problem with this to date that I'm aware of but they may also need to be cleaned.
