Describe the problem: 
The ramp coming out of the rack wash machine is about an inchish to low. The racks come out of the machine on a little incline sometime gets suck right a way. or flips over on top of another rack. Not every time but a lot its hit or miss. the racks hardly ever get to the end of the ramp before it gets jammed somehow. It is better for you to come over when we are there from seven to 10 in the morning. so we can show you. Sorry about the repeated work orders.
