Describe the problem:
For a while now the rotating mechanism in pastry oven #2 has been having issues. When using a single wide baking rack, the rack often/usually ends up sliding all the way to one side while it's baking, and even if you stop it and reposition in the middle it just slides back. It is also being very finicky about how wide the door is open to be low enough to move racks onto the rotator. To be low enough that the rack can actually slide on/off/around, the door has to be dangerously close to closed.
Notes:
Inspected; found rotating assembly grinding itself apart causing racks to rotate while still in contact with floor of oven. Cleaned up rotating assembly, and added new spacers to shore up rack suspended height.
