I know Megan already put in a work order, but tonight around 11 pm the temp was holding around 50 degrees in cooler 9 in pastry.
Notes: 
Cooler 9 is scheduled to defrost every 6 hours. 04:00-05:00;10:00-11:00;16:00-17:00;22:00-23:00 High temps during those times should be disregarded.
