Describe the problem: 
The blade is missing a clip to keep the end together. Red tagged and left on the "egg" sheeter.
Notes: 
Inspected; missing rivet. In the past, as rivets came loose/broke, maintenance would replace with cotter pins/clevis pin clips. These are less durable than rivets. Replaced missing rivet with home made rivet (aluminum pin with ends hammered to mushroom)
