Describe the problem:
mixer #4 wouldn't stop after disengaging the clutch
Notes:
Inspected; found loose nut on clutch shaft reducing spring tension on clutch. Tightened nut, and reinstalled locknut. Found clevis linkage adjusted too short causing catch pin to miss steel clutch plate. Adjusted clevis length, and replaced catch pin to remove slanted wear, which was also contributing to missing steel clutch plate. Found belt tensioner pulley bearing dry and "clicking." Lubed tensioner pulley bearing.
