Describe the problem:
Both rechargeable scales with plug chargers are not charging nor working while being plugged in. One will not tare and the other will just shut off saying "lo batt" even while plugged in. Both in maintenance office.
Notes:
Inspected; found wrong chargers on all defender 3000 scales. One had broken leads, one rated @ 48vdc output, and one rated at 12vdc output. Factory charger rated at 9vdc 500ma. Ordered 6 new chargers
