Floor machine, rubber ripped and was not letting it suck up

Describe the problem: 
Rubber was preventing water from being sucked in floor machine, it was making an awful noise and not working. I was messing with the rubber and ripped a piece. Please replace the rubber with a different type of rubber, or please see what is causing it not to suck up.
Notes: 
Please verify it is working right and squeegeeing and sucking up before closing work order. Thank you so much! I RAN THE SCRUBBER AND IT WAS WORKING LIKE IT SUPPOSE TOO.WAS UNABLE TO HEAR ANY AWFUL NOISES EITHER. MIKE ALSO RAN IT NO ISSUES.
