Describe the problem: 
the rack slid in the oven while baking again. It was a rack that didn't have a lot of weight on it, and it was a single wide baking rack.
Notes: 
Inspected; Rack carrier needs new bushing (50286101 {x2}) for carrier shaft. Bushings worn out, no longer stabilizing carrier shaft.
