Describe the problem: 
All of the free floating speed racks in the bakehouse need to be etched. with BH and a number. All of the ones in freezers/coolers and scaling ones do not need to be etched. This is to help keep track of how many we have, create a cleaning schedule for them, and ensure we get ones back that leave the premise. If you have any questions about this project I will be back Thursday to discuss it.
