Describe the problem: 
Egg cracker number two was very wobbly and so wobbly that the egg cracker cap wouldn't stay on.
Notes: 
Work order stated #2 but number 1 was red tagged. So I checked them both which were operational, #1 did have all 3 nuts loose on the yellow jacket which would cause it to be wobbly. BEFORE OPERATING MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS HAND TIGHT.
