Describe the problem: 
some of the caulking on the pastry case has come off, or is loosening and will eventually come off. would like re-caulked
Notes: 
depending on dry time for the caulk this might need to be a project that is done at 7pm so it can dry overnight since the case is in use for food items between 6am-7pm If faster it could be completed as an early morning project prior to our set-up of the case beginning at 6am
