Tiles under sheeter

Describe the problem: 
The tiles under the sheeter (corner against the cake freezer and cooler number 8) are broken and getting wet from something (something seems to be leaking). Because it's wet, there are a ton of fruit flies hanging out under the sheeter.
Notes: 
the freezer is leaking condensation in that corne r among other places, we weill be replacing freezer soon. I will replace tiles when freezer is installed
