Describe the problem:
Paper towel holder in Pastry (near proofer) has serious delay, sporadically. Not great for fast paced production.
Could we maybe swap it with a better functioning one that's in a non production area (maybe delivery bathroom) or replace?
Notes:
Inspected; found paper dust in gearbox on sensor contacts. Cleaned contacts.
