Describe the problem:
The paper towel dispensers' front keeps falling off. We think a side piece is either broken or missing, so its not locking in as it should.
Notes:
Inspected; found case hinge clip broken. Part of molded main case. To repair would require new dispenser. Cover is secure when closed, and dispenser works. Not yet worth replacing.
