Describe the problem:
bottom deck in the 9door oven specifically the left hand side is not steaming well. I know work has been done regarding this issue but this is the status as of today. There are times when the water comes to the steam tubes quickly but of late it takes a fair amount of time ( 20-30 sec.) to reach the tube if it does at all.

the problem was that the middle deck and bottom deck got reversed whenI worked on it, switched all is good
