Describe the problem: 
there is a potential leak in the ceiling in the packaging sticker room. We could hear a leaking sound coming from the right, above the file cabinets. There is a spot that looks like it has had a leak.
Notes: 
I found a vent pipe that someone just cut off and never capped. That is why you heard water dripping and why a wet spot. Thanks
