Describe the problem: 
Take up reel stops spinning and the take up then goes slack. Packagers have been hitting cycle stop/ cycle start and gets the reel spinning normally. Sometimes the reel spins so hard it causes plastic to feed.
Notes: 
Inspected; found Take Up Reel motor control. ACC/DEC control was set tool long. Set for faster ACC/DEC, and less time delay before starting motor.
