Describe the problem:
We've been having issues with the take-up wheel the last couple days, it keeps stopping randomly or does the 'never-ending' feed on an item.
Our guess is the cardboard tube is getting worn too much and is not gripping any longer.
Notes:
I took off the old tape and re-taped the inside of the tube. If this does not work please let me know.
