Describe the problem: 
Bread- Table Scale - Preshape bench. Scale plate does not measure accurately unless tubs are perfectly balanced, and then will sometimes still jump around. Let us know if you have any ideas/suggestions.
Notes: 
Inspected; found loose screws on measuring plate. Tightened screws, scale is stable.
