Describe the problem: 
The drip pan has a crack in it, please replace, and is there a way to zip tie or more permanently attach the hose to something so it is loose and causing it at times to drip on the floor.
Notes: 
Resealed tray with waterproof mastic epoxy. Reattached hose with fastener to underside of reach-in.
