Describe the problem:
We have several bread proof boxes and bread cooling rack with bad or broken wheels. It's there a good way to indicate which ones need to be worked on? We have used red maintenance tags in the past, and masking tape as well.
Notes:
Nearly all the cooling racks need at least one wheel replaced. Multiple proof boxes need at least a new wheel.
