Describe the problem:
The hot water knob on pastry's hand sink, near the proofer, does not completely shut off the water flow unless you turn it almost completely around.
Notes:
Inspected; found handle stripped. No handles in stock. will get some from stadium hardware. Additionally, found seals torn up. replaced seals, and shimmed handle to grip a part not stripped. temporary fix. Should replace valve cartridge with ceramic unit from Stadium Hardware.
