Describe the problem:
There is a foul smell in the bagel area, I believe from the drains. I'll also write a note to Emily, but wanted you in the loop in case it is a plumbing issue as well
Notes:
Spoke with Josh. Likely related to seeds going down the drain, or flour glue buildup in cabinet. Regular maintenance has us pouring enzymatic septic cleaner into drain to remove old organic material from drain. Additionally, planning rebuild of lower bagel oven cabinet. These procedures should eliminate the smell.
