Describe the problem: 
Yellow cord on bowl litter is looking ragged. In the short term it would be good to have zip ties put in to keep it in place but it is looking a bit ragged with many parts that have been tapped falling apart again. It would be great to get it replaced or covered with something more long term than electrical tape. We usually use the bowl lifter all day and should be free around 4pm for repairs.
