Describe the problem:
The 12-door loader is destroying the new canvas belt because it is missing a roller underneath at the front. With this piece missing, the canvas belt is sliding against the baking stone, causing it to tear. It is also very difficult to use in this condition.
Notes:
inspected; found canvas torn, and hardware missing. Attempted sewing canvas, no joy. Attempted replacing hardware, used wrong hardware. Carriage bolts needed instead. To install carriage bolts, deck of loader must be at least partially removed
